Job Description: Waiter/Steward

Position: Waiter/Steward
Location: Oishii Wok, Sector 43, Gurgaon
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM (with a break in between)
Salary Range: ₹13,000 to ₹14,000 per month (plus service charges)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent service quality.
• Handle billing and payments accurately and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Assist in setting and clearing tables for a seamless guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Address customer concerns politely and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Asian cuisine is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work during the mentioned shift hours.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence.
