The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Monitoring Systems, deep expertise in Linux and Windows Server environments, and hands-on experience with tools that leverage SNMP, APIs, and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Thousand Eye and Logic Monitor. Experience working with AWS environments is also essential. 8–10 years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Systems Administration. Strong expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems. Experience with monitoring protocols such as SNMP, WMI, and REST APIs. Proficiency in Splunk, Thousand Eye and Logic Monitor. Hands-on experience with AWS monitoring tools and integrations (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, etc.). Scripting experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and integration. Strong understanding system performance metrics, log analysis, and alerting best practices. The ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and work cross-functionally with IT and development teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
