Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers and related systems.
Monitor server performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex server issues escalated from L1 support.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core services.
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to servers.
Maintain server documentation, including configurations and incident logs.
Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure compliance and performance.
Support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Participate in server migrations, upgrades, and capacity planning.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
24 years of experience in server administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019) and/or Linux environments.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, RHCSA, or equivalent are preferred.
