You will enforce a comprehensive Engineering Change Management process, implement maintenance work processes, and promote a proactive approach to maintenance within the organization. In terms of skills and knowledge, you should possess problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and decision-making skills. Technical knowledge of pumps, couplings, seals, gearboxes, separators, heating and cooling systems, as well as product and process knowledge in project management, will be beneficial. Proficiency in analytical skills, SAP, and MS Office is also required. To be eligible for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
