Panacea Smart Solutions is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to enhance our online presence and improve our search engine rankings. This role involves developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for our diverse services, including IT Managed Services, Medical Revenue Cycle Management, Remote Scribe Services, Transcription Services, Remote Staffing Services, and Contact Center Services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO tactics, a knack for analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt strategies to various service offerings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough SEO audits for our website and identify areas of improvement. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings. Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search terms relevant to our diverse service lines. Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and content for SEO effectiveness. Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content marketing efforts. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Provide regular reports on SEO performance and insights for future strategy development. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. Experience with SEO tools, like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to glean meaningful insights from complex data. Proficiency in web analytics and keyword tools. Effective communication skills, with an ability to clearly convey complex SEO concepts.
