SEO Intern

Hey Social is a software company that owns multiple products across the SaaS & AI space. We are passionate about building a strong digital presence, and we are looking for a motivated SEO Intern to join our team remotely and grow their skills in the ever-evolving world of search engine optimization.

Role Overview:

As an SEO Intern, you will work closely with our founder to improve our website’s organic search visibility and user experience. You’ll gain hands-on experience in SEO tools, keyword research, content optimization, link-building strategies, and analytics tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using SEO tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Assist in optimizing website content, meta tags, headings, and images for better search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in blogs, landing pages, and other web content.
• Help identify technical SEO issues and suggest improvements.
• Support link-building and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing practices.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and research skills.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and SEO.
• Basic knowledge of search engines and how they work.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) is a plus but not required.
• Interest in content writing and on-page SEO concepts.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
