Job Summary:

Senior Workday Integration Certified Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Workday integrations using

  Workday Studio

  ,

  Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

  ,

  Core Connectors

  ,

  Document Transformation

  , and

  Workday Web Services (WWS)

  .
• Serve as the primary technical expert on Workday integrations, guiding clients and internal stakeholders through best practices and technical solutions.
  
• Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, build, test, deploy, and support.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across inbound and outbound data flows with third-party systems (e.g., benefits providers, payroll vendors, time tracking, ERP).
  
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards across all integrations.
  
• Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical integration solutions.
  
• Provide technical leadership on Workday implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
  
• Stay current on new Workday features, integration patterns, and Workday community updates.
  
• Document integration specifications, configuration guides, and technical flows.
  

Qualifications:

• Active Workday Integration Certification, Workday Studio Certification

  (Required).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining complex Workday integrations.
  
• Proven expertise in

  Workday Studio

  ,

  EIBs

  ,

  Core Connectors

  , and

  Workday Web Services

  (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, XSD, JSON, and web service security protocols (OAuth, SAML).
  
• Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with Workday security models and integration permissions.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with experience translating complex technical information into clear business terms.
