Job Description

You will play a crucial role in planning, setting, and executing audience-targeted campaigns as per our client's strategy and objectives. As a specialist in utilizing multiple interfaces, you will discover audiences and target them through media buying tools across various channels, with a primary focus on Programmatic Video and Display Campaign trafficking. Your responsibilities will include campaign optimization, troubleshooting, media planning, reporting, analysis, media buying, demand and supply analysis, post-campaign analysis, account management, client servicing, SLA management, audience onboarding, and collaborating with the team for support and knowledge sharing. Your duties will involve building strong working relationships with digital teams, ensuring seamless operations across various processes such as briefing, strategy, setup, optimization, reporting, and invoicing. You will be instrumental in advocating good practices, challenging existing norms, and identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Additionally, you will actively participate in learning from industry leaders, gaining a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, and working closely with the sales team to implement and oversee ad campaigns on different platforms. Key skills and requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, math, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of work experience. You should possess intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expert knowledge of digital programmatic buying, including hands-on experience with demand-side platforms for large-scale clients. Familiarity with platforms like Xandr, Trade Desk, DBM, Brightroll, and TubeMogul is preferred. Your role will also require working knowledge of the digital landscape encompassing video, display, social, programmatic, and marketing analytics. Proficiency in Excel for organizing and analyzing data, along with strong analytical skills and interpersonal abilities, will be essential. You should demonstrate enthusiasm for the media and digital industries, be well-versed in CRM tools and social media platforms, and possess expertise in various programmatic deals and optimization strategies.
