Senior Territory Service Representative - Bavla

You will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound operations at the Service Center, ensuring the timely, accurate, and profitable delivery of DP/Etail/INTL shipments to customers. Your key responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, analyzing load patterns, planning delivery routes, monitoring shipment handling, and ensuring adherence to operational workflows and SOPs. On the operational front, you will be required to supervise daily inbound and outbound operations, analyze load patterns for efficient route planning, monitor daily loads, ensure safe and timely delivery of shipments, handle exception cases, monitor staff attendance, conduct daily briefings, and monitor the performance of the service center. In terms of people management, you will provide direction, guidance, and support to employees, monitor team performance, mentor and coach subordinates, ensure adequate staffing levels, and promote employee engagement and retention. Key result areas and performance indicators will include monitoring productivity, drive service quality and excellence, ensure security of shipments, drive operational efficiency, and promote a performance-driven culture. Your success in this role will be measured by various key performance indicators such as productivity monitoring, service quality compliance, timely status updation, adherence to SOPs, closure of exceptions within TAT, security-related cases, operational productivity, and adherence to performance management system timelines and guidelines.,
