Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Telecaller Executive (Female) with a strong background in the construction or real estate industry . The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in telecalling, lead conversion, and customer handling. This role is critical in supporting the sales and marketing team by effectively communicating with potential customers, explaining project details, and following up on leads. Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Generate leads and follow up with potential clients. Explain project details clearly to customers. Schedule and confirm site visits. Maintain and update the CRM database regularly. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets. Address customer queries and concerns effectively. Build and maintain client relationships. Provide feedback and market insights to the team. Preferred candidate profile Gender: Female only Excellent communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English (preferred) Strong convincing skills and a pleasant voice Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems is an advantage For any queries, WhatsApp us at 7331100196 .
