Experience:
Demonstrable experience in Volume hiring
Handling volume of at least 50 joiners a monthFamiliarity with online job hunting websitesEffective negotiating skillsGood knowledge of ATS and Excel
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles, Optometrist & Store managers.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system- Conduct Campus Drive, Walk-in drive- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs- Travel when necessary (up to 40%)- Ensure timely and quality hiring under pressure- Strong stakeholder management to ensure hiring targets are met
