Senior Student Counselor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Student Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable courses, assist with admissions, and provide career counseling. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the education sector, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage student inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students, helping them choose the right course and career path.
• Assist students with admission processes, documentation, and eligibility requirements.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and orientation sessions to educate prospective students.
• Stay updated with educational trends, universities, and admission requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive student enrollments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the education sector (student counseling, admissions, or academic advising).
• Strong knowledge of admission processes, universities, and academic programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
