Staff Engineer - JD Summary Architect, design and develop a tuned real time data pipeline using Java microservices & Kafka on a containerized environment. Data model large data warehouse for efficient data load and fast data retrieval. Architect, design and develop data visualization solution using React & Node.js. Data governance - standardize data policies, tool selection. Leverage AI to enhance efficiency and improve product. Ability to learn new technology/domain quickly. Develop wholistic test strategy and drive team toward shift left initiative. Provide technical leadership to foster a culture of high productivity and solid design principles. Troubleshoot, debug and resolve complex technical issues. Mentor engineers to build scalable, reusable and robust components. Collaborate with PMs, leadership and highlight risks proactively.
