Senior Specialist Data Driven Insights and Analytics Platform Solution Delivery Visualization

The role of Sr Specialist Visualization & Automation in Hyderabad, India involves defining and leading the Platform engineering of Business intelligence solutions, specifically focusing on Power BI technology. Your key responsibilities include overseeing the creation and management of BI and analytics solutions using strong Power BI skills. You will drive the success of technology usage for solution delivery, best practices, compliance, and enablement of the business. Collaboration with the solution architect and platform architect is crucial in defining visualization architecture patterns based on functional and non-functional requirements. You will also be responsible for driving the DevOps Roadmap to enable Agile ways of working, CI/CD pipeline, and automation for self-serve governance of the Power BI platform in alignment with the Platform lead. Ensuring adherence to security and compliance policies and procedures is paramount in this role. You will play a vital role in defining architecture standards, patterns, and platform solutions while upholding Information Security & Compliance (ISC), legal, ethics, and other compliance policies. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of IT experience in Data and Analytics, Visualization, with a strong exposure to Power BI Solution delivery and Platform Automation. Proficiency in database management systems, ETL, OLAP, and data lake technologies is required. Experience in Power BI and knowledge of other visualization technologies are advantageous. A specialization in the Pharma domain and understanding of data usage across the enterprise value chain are desirable. Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage vendor and customer expectations.
