We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Software Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to work across cross-functional and cross-geographical teams. You will:

• Design innovative solutions that improve agility, efficiency, and accuracy in business processes.
  
• Work on complex systems end-to-end and across tech stacks and codebases.
  
• Solve a wide range of technical challenges while continuously building domain expertise.
  

A Typical Day

• Build microservices and APIs to support platform integrations across mobile and web.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems that meet evolving business needs.
  
• Develop platform infrastructure, applications, and tools with a focus on distributed systems, large compute clusters, and petabyte-scale storage.
  
• Participate in architectural decisions to support high-scale, always-available services.
  
• Work with product, pricing, payments, operations, and other teams to define and ship impactful features.
  
• Mentor and support engineers both within and outside your immediate team.
  
• Partner with other engineering teams across for holistic solutions.
  

Requirements

Your Expertise

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  
• Strong programming skills with demonstrated experience in Java, Python, Go, or Rust.
  
• Experience with Kotlin is essential.
  
• Background in building high-scale web applications, APIs, and data pipelines.
  
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, efficient algorithms, and architectural patterns.
