Perform manual and exploratory testing across Web, Mobile (iOS/Android/Windows) platforms.
Own end-to-end QA for features from dev through staging and production.Collaborate closely with developers during sprint cycles to ensure issue-free releases.Log and track issues using defect tracking tool, and contribute to QA documentation and test cases.Contribute to automated testing.Requirements:3+ years in QA, ideally for enterprise SaaS platforms.Experience testing web and mobile applications, APIs, and end-user workflows.Proficient in test case design, bug tracking (Jira), and regression testing.Familiarity with content lifecycle and multi-platform QA challenges.Experience in API testing (Postman), or mobile testing tools (Appium, Espresso or any other tool).

Exposure to Mobile App testing is an added advantage.
