About Jodo

At Jodo, we re building products that simplify financial access for millions of Indian households. We re looking for a passionate Android Engineer to help us craft seamless, high-quality mobile experiences that users love and rely on every day.

What You ll Do

As an Android Engineer at Jodo, you ll build and maintain fast, reliable, and user-friendly mobile apps using Kotlin. You ll collaborate closely with backend engineers, take ownership of features end-to-end, and make key decisions that shape app performance, architecture, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-performance, native Android apps using Kotlin

Work closely with backend engineers to bring features to life

Make thoughtful decisions around performance, architecture, and UX

Write clean, maintainable code and constantly improve code quality

Own features end-to-end from design discussions to rollout and iteration

What We re Looking For

3+ years of experience building native Android apps

Strong command of Kotlin and Android SDKs

A sharp eye for design you care about details, even if you re not a designer

Deep focus on performance, reliability, and smooth user experience

Comfortable taking ownership without needing constant guidance

Nice to Have

Experience with app localisation and supporting multiple language

Exposure to iOS app development or interest in learning it
