Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee daily soft services operations, including housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping, cafeteria management, front office, and waste management. Supervise and coordinate with in-house teams and outsourced vendors to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to SLAs. Conduct routine inspections of premises to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality standards. Manage rosters, attendance, and performance of housekeeping, security, and front desk personnel. Handle customer complaints and feedback related to soft services and take corrective actions promptly. Monitor inventory and supply of consumables (cleaning agents, toiletries, etc.) and ensure stock availability. Coordinate regular training for soft services staff to maintain service excellence and safety standards. Maintain reports and documentation, including checklists, inspection logs, incident reports, and vendor invoices. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and facility standards as per organizational and regulatory requirements.
