Title: Sr. / Lead SDET- Software Testing Desired Experience: 4-6 years Required Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA Job Objective: We are looking for a Senior Lead SDET with over 6 years of experience, primarily focused on automation testing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Web, Mobile App, and API automation, with proven experience in designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks. You will lead automation efforts, define quality strategies, and ensure seamless integration of testing into the development lifecycle. Job Description: In this role you will : Define test strategy to deliver bug free products with development of automated test strategies with defined measurable metrics to gauge progress against objective QA goals. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Mentor the team, analyze training needs and lead the way in helping the team continuously improve, sharing knowledge, experience and insights to help them grow both as a team and as individuals. Collaborate with product and cross teams in an agile environment and suggest appropriate changes with deep understanding of the product benefiting the end users. Focus on establishing a Test Pyramid model for automation. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Selenium, Appium, and API automation (RestAssured) Proficient in Java and JavaScript Well-versed with BDD/TDD frameworks – Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit Experience with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitHub Actions Skilled in version control systems – Git Proven ability to build and maintain custom automation frameworks across Web, App, and API layers Strong logical and analytical skills.
