We are hiring Senior Sales Consultant for one of our Prestigious Client. Location : Gurugram and Delhi Senior Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities : Conduct personalized, face-to-face consultations with HNI clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Apply a consultative selling approach to build trust and long-term relationships. Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead engagement to closure. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals. Document all client interactions and feedback using CRM tools. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications : Graduate (Bachelors degree is mandatory) in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Consultative, one-on-one selling approach with a focus on relationship building. Direct experience working with HNI clients in face-to-face selling environments. Solid understanding of inside sales, B2C sales, and concept selling. Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in a consultative or high-value sales role.
