Summary: Responsible for development of new formulations/optimize existing formulations/products based on the customer needs and conduct basic analytical characterization and industrial application testing in close collaboration with technology team and execute in alignment with project/business goals and deliverables.
Evolve as an impactful team player with good organizational citizenship and apply projects, stakeholders management skills

Responsibilities Include:

Assist in developing silicone-based formulations for electronic applications tailored to customer requirements.
Support the characterization of formulated samples and help interpret experimental data to understand structure-property relationships.
Provide execution support by working on multiple projects with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project timelines to deliver innovative technical solutions.
Collaborate effectively with diverse teams on various projects and coordinate with other functions such as analytical, process technology, and intellectual property teams.
Summarize experimental results, document data as ELN and prepare technical reports to build the knowledge database and safeguard experimental data
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders within CRD and Global partners both verbally and written
Learn & adhere to safe work practices in lab; Exhibit & promote pro-active safe behaviors in lab activities.
Strong technical problem-solving aptitude is required

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

M.Sc. in Chemistry or relevant discipline with 2-4 years of industrial experience with Siloxane chemistry and formulations
Use of basic statistical tools to provide understanding from complex analytical data/results..
Strong safety knowledge and experience to lead lab activities safely
