About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Research Analyst with a strong background in US Non-IT staffing research and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in sourcing, validating, and maintaining high-quality lead pipelines to support business development and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Lead Generation:

• Conduct market research and profiling across industries like Healthcare, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.
• Source and generate leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Glassdoor, Indeed, LeadLeaper, and Hunter.io.
• Identify and extract accurate contact details of decision-makers including CXOs, VPs, HR Heads, and Procurement Leads.

Data & Campaign Management:

• Build, maintain, and update structured lead databases and spreadsheets.
• Run targeted email campaigns and follow-ups to drive engagement and responses.
• Ensure data quality through thorough validation and compliance checks.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with Business Development and Recruitment teams to align on active requirements.
• Analyze job descriptions and create accurate lead maps.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on leads, responses, and conversion metrics.
• Share insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and prospect feedback.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in US staffing, market research, or lead generation roles.
• Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Hunter.io, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Non-IT or diversified staffing services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CEIPAL, HubSpot) and email automation platforms.
• Experience with data-driven prospecting and market intelligence.
• Knowledge of US staffing compliance and hiring trends is a plus.
