Our staffing vertical plays a critical role in deploying skilled professionals across cutting-edge domains including data engineering, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. Role Summary As a Senior Recruiter Staffing, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery across various technology skill sets. You will work closely with delivery managers and client partners to identify, engage, and onboard top talent. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of technology hiring. Key Responsibilities Drive full-cycle recruitment for contract and full-time technology roles (sourcing to onboarding) Work on multiple requirements across cloud, data, application development, and infra domains Partner with delivery and sales teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal database for proactive sourcing Conduct initial screening, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews Manage candidate pipelines effectively using ATS/CRM systems Negotiate offers, handle documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide regular updates Mentor junior recruiters and share market intelligence with the team Ensure adherence to TATs, SLAs, and recruitment best practices Required Skills & Qualifications 3 - 7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in staffing or consulting environment Strong experience in sourcing and screening for mid-to-senior level tech roles Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and job aggregators Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with ATS tools.
