Job Title: QA Selenium Location: Pune (Baner) Experience: 5+ Years Employment- Full Time- Hybrid Mode Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium and Rest Assured to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality of our software products in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements. Perform functional, regression, and system testing. Analyze test results, identify and log defects, and work with the development team to resolve them. Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Continuously improve testing strategies and processes. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in QA automation with strong hands-on experience in Selenium. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with additional automation tools and frameworks. Knowledge of REST API testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured. Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms.
