Senior QA Engineer

The position of Senior QA Engineer specializing in Salesforce (End-to-End Integrations) requires a highly skilled individual with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM testing and cross-platform quality assurance. The primary focus of this role involves validating end-to-end business workflows across integrated systems, with Salesforce at the core of lead, opportunity, quoting, and service lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing Salesforce declarative configurations such as flows, validation rules, and approval processes, as well as Apex triggers and classes, Lightning components, and various APIs including REST, SOAP, and GraphQL. Proficiency in data migrations, sandbox refreshes, and Salesforce release management cycles is also essential. In addition to traditional QA responsibilities, this role places a strong emphasis on test automation using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar, with a particular focus on mobile and responsive testing. Familiarity with AI-powered QA platforms such as TestSigma or Mabl is highly desirable to enhance test coverage, reduce maintenance efforts, and seamlessly integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. A successful candidate must possess a deep understanding of dependencies across systems like ERP (NetSuite), IPAAS (Celigo), and E-Commerce (Shopify), and be able to proactively identify breakpoints in integrated flows originating from Salesforce. Responsibilities include defining and executing test strategies for Salesforce CRM, validating both declarative and programmatic functionalities, ensuring functional, integration, and regression testing across various platforms, building and maintaining automation test suites, leveraging AI-powered testing platforms, participating in sprint ceremonies and user story reviews, conducting exploratory and negative testing, maintaining comprehensive documentation of test plans and cases, logging and managing defects, among others. Mandatory qualifications for this role include at least 5 years of hands-on QA experience, strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and automation tools, proven experience in automating UI and functional tests, familiarity with API testing, and interest in AI-enabled QA tools. Recommended qualifications include familiarity with iPaaS platforms, exposure to Salesforce declarative tools, prior experience in testing within regulated environments, and relevant certifications.
