JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Part-Time Senior QA Engineer with hands-on experience in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) testing. This is a remote role ideal for experienced professionals seeking flexible working hours. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our HRMS platform through rigorous manual testing and process oversight. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute test plans and test cases for HRMS modules like payroll, leave, recruitment, and performance. Conduct functional, regression, and system testing. Report and track defects using tools like Jira. Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality releases. Contribute to the test strategy and documentation. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of QA experience with strong knowledge of HRMS or ERP systems. Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows. Proficient in writing test cases and scenarios; strong defect-tracking skills. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote, part-time setup.
