Job Description

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT and software project management. They should have extensive hands-on experience working as a developer and technical leads before transitioning into project management roles, with a focus on web technologies. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, technical leads, and other project managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, leveraging your development and technical leadership background, specifically in web technologies. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, and Telecommunication, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience working as a developer and technical lead. 10-20 years of project management experience, preferably in a technical environment. Demonstrated experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web frameworks, etc.). Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
