Job Description

What You Will Do:

Manage the annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial planning and reporting process for US and all markets where scaled solutions is operating
Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to guide strategic decision-making that will help scale the business
Manage cash flow, investments, ROI, and financial risk assessments
Develop and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard assets and compliance with customer contract terms

What You Will Need:

Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in program and business & financial management
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving
Excellent Communication and people skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Highly organized. Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items.
Abiltiy to drive cross group initiatives with diverse teams across the company
Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
Advanced knowledge/experience with Excel /Gsheets
