This is a hands-on, senior-level position where you will lead the architecture and development of high-performance web applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to scalable and secure application design. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable PHP applications using CodeIgniter , Laravel or similar frameworks Lead the development and integration of RESTful APIs and third-party services Manage and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Implement application security best practices (SQL injection prevention, CSRF/XSS protection) Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and frontend developers in an Agile environment Oversee testing and deployment pipelines (unit, integration testing, staging, production) Participate in code reviews , architecture discussions, and sprint planning Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in PHP development Expertise in PHP frameworks - CodeIgniter, Laravel Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap Deep knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs Experience with Git and repository management (GitHub, Bitbucket) Solid understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing is a plus Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field Experience in enterprise or government tech projects Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes , or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus What We Offer Leadership opportunity with project ownership and mentoring responsibilities Work on impact-driven projects for Government and Enterprise clients Attractive compensation package based on experience and skills A collaborative and fast-paced environment fostering innovation and growth How to Apply Submit your resume via Naukri or email it to recruitment@in22labs.com with the subject line: Senior PHP Developer Application - IN22 Labs .
