Role Purpose:

This role will be working within our ANDE Chapter. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of test plans, scenarios and cases with solutions that meet defined business requirements in accordance with published standards and processes.

Key Accountabilities:

Design, implement and maintain the automated test cases, scripts and libraries for Unit Testing, Performance testing, Application testing or Integration testing (as applicable).
Identify the modularity within a test case which can be separated as a reusable logic for other test cycles / phases
Assist other team members in using automated test cases for their testing
Maintain traceability within JIRA with user stories and sprints association
Experience in delivering projects as part of an agile team.
Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
Attitude to learn quickly on the job

Experience:

B.E/B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar discipline.
8+ years of experience in automation and configuration management tools
Excellent understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle.
Experience building CICD pipeline integration with automated test cases using Jenkins, Selinium, Puppet and Cucumber
Experience in API-based automation and exposure to GUI-based automation
Experience in converting manual test cases to automated test cases
Experience in Testing in AWS or other cloud technology environments.
Extensive experience with different programming languages -Python, Ruby, Java, Javascipt, JSON, Shell scripting, Curl
Working knowledge of JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence, SVN, Bitbucket
Experience working in the Contact Centre Domain is highly desirable
Working knowledge of Microservices
DevOps / Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment exposure preferred
Strong competence in analysis, problem solving and development
