Responsible for corresponding with the buyer regarding Package Date, Costing and Samples availability.
Costing of every style and fixing the price (MRP) with management
Responsible from proto to bulk production.
Responsible to sign all approvals for fabric and trims
Ensure weekly recap on the status with the dept-purchase & PPC.
Responsible to attend Pre-production meeting with the factory/Production Manager
Strong in TNA Management
Order consolidation for fabrics + trims with Purchase Dept. + follow up
Coordination with outside vendors for job works, printing, emb. Etc.
Responsible for Controlling and Co-ordinating all activities of staff working under him.
Preparation of MIS reports and submitting timely to the management
Should have strong communication with buyer /buying house
Knowledge on the various fabric qualities
Testing Knowledge of fabric, trims
