Job Description Job Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, vehicles, and machinery. Oversee and train junior mechanics and apprentices in proper repair techniques and safety protocols. Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure operations run smoothly. Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards. Document all repairs and maintenance activities in the maintenance management system. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored. Utilize problem-solving skills to address unexpected mechanical challenges effectively. Participate in planning and executing major overhauls and equipment upgrades. Maintain inventory of parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while performing tasks.
