Senior Manager/AVP Compliance- ICDR- Financial Institution- Mumbai

As a Senior Manager/AVP Compliance with a leading Financial Institution in Mumbai, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, SEBI (SAST) Regulations, SEBI (Delisting) Regulations, and SEBI Master Circular on Schemes. Your role will involve overseeing the process for Preferential issue, Stock Exchange Compliances, and studying Valuation Reports. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring adherence to SEBI Regulations, Exchange Checklist, and Guidelines. - Reviewing valuation reports as needed. - Meeting deadlines outlined in the Exchange Guidance Note and SEBI Regulations. - Updating the Exchange database upon share listing approval. - Responding to SEBI inquiries and submitting examination reports promptly. - Providing data to SEBI in a timely manner. - Developing and presenting internal management information. - Researching current systems and leading development projects for process automation. - Supervising teams across various verticals within the organization.
