Role Purpose
The Senior Manager, Weddings Marketing drives the strategic direction and growth of the weddings segment at the corporate level, taking full ownership of the wedding marketing business plan, developing new channels to reach target audiences and ensuring measurable results
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the wedding segment, take ownership of the weddings marketing Business Plan and outline key marketing initiatives for growth in line with overall company goals.
- Lead and manage end to end project involving dedicated wedding-related branding, channels and content development, such as microsites or websites, landing pages and social media profile to build a robust online presence for the companys wedding offerings.
- Create and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation for the weddings business, including digital, print, OOH, social media, PR and events.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns/ initiatives, adjusting strategies to optimize results, and report to key stakeholders.
- Define and Maintain key relationships and partnerships with wedding planners, key influencers, event organizers (wedding fairs, expos, etc.) and third-party platforms to boost visibility and promote the weddings business.
Key Skills Experiences
Educational Attainment:

Masters and /or Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Critical Expertise Experience:
-
~10-15 years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategies and campaign deployment. Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred but not compulsory. Attitude and Commitment are the most important qualities we look for.

Knowledge of channels and experience in driving digital media strategies including social. Prior exposure to the Indian wedding industry landscape is desirable.

Track record in successfully developing and maintaining excellent working relationships across all functions at all levels to ensure maximum benefit from cross-functional synergies.

Demonstrated communication skills including ability to influence and ability to build and maintain internal external relationships.
Technical Skills Knowledge:

Excellent knowledge of marketing principles including Marketing planning, brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, roll out measurement

Demonstrated project management skills in organizing, planning and executing large size projects

Must possess superior problem-solving skills combined with stakeholder management and team leadership skills
