Job Description

Our client is a Leading MNC with their Global presence in Analytical Instruments, Bioprocess , Pharmaceutical and Laboratory equipment and various other equipment manufacturing company in India

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead sales development activities for cell line development products, focusing on business development and market expansion.
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and upselling/cross-selling existing products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Marketing) to identify opportunities for product improvement and develop targeted solutions.
Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-12 years of experience in Sales Development or related field (e.g., Business Development).
Strong background in Life Sciences industry, particularly in Cell Line Development technologies.
Proven track record of success in developing new markets or expanding existing ones through effective sales strategies.
Excellent laboratory skills with ability to understand technical aspects of biotechnology products.
