Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sourcing of materials, equipment (e.g., PV modules, wind turbines, inverters, batteries), and services for utility-scale and distributed energy projects.
Evaluate and onboard suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical, environmental, and ethical standards.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors and subcontractors to achieve cost savings and risk mitigation.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, project management, legal, and finance teams to align procurement with project schedules and budgets.
Maintain a robust database of vendors and pricing for renewable energy components and construction services.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import/export laws, and sustainability policies.
Track market trends in raw materials and components related to renewable energy technologies.
Understanding of sustainability standards and ESG requirements in procurement.
