Role & responsibilities

Role

Experience in Pharma Production & process
Material Planning(RM/PM) & Inventory control
Supply Planning (finished goods replenishment, production planning, Material replenishment.
Third Party to In-house development including costing, coordination with F&D and ADL.
Strategy planning for identifying third party products for In-house Shifting.
Hands on Experience in SAP /MRP Run.
Monitoring strategies for plant production efficiency like yield Loss, process time, batch size optimization & others.
Tracking of Demand Vs Commit Vs Actual| Sales tracking | Revenue tracking| Bottlenecks to revenue| Materials coverage trend| KPIs designed and aligned for cross functional teams in line with Plan and revenue targets
Continuous Improvement Processes: Planning cycle activities| Supply chain process improvements.
Owner of Daily/Monthly/Fortnightly/ Weekly dashboards/ MIS/OTIF reports & presentations
Yearly Budgeting RM/PM
Knowledge /Experience of handling multiple Plant operations
Strategy on Product Risk Mitigation
Experience in handling team
Coordination CFT Team Member Plant Team /F&D ADL /Purchase Team / Internal team
