1) Documentation: Drafting and renewal of the various agreements required during course of business including IT agreements, service provider agreements, insurance distribution arrangement, Non-disclosure agreement and similar other arrangements Negotiation on the clauses with the vendors or service providers Standardization of the agreement template Insurance policy related documentation Review of customer communication, claims repudiation letters, legal notices and other general advisory documents .
2) Property Detailed title search of the property provided by the admin Team for any legal dispute Liaison with Admin Team and the Landlord for the property related matters Preparation of the property agreements based on the terms and conditions
3) Advisory Advise the internal stakeholders like HR, Admin etc on any legal matters
4) Team Management Mentor and provide guidance to the team Maintain high levels of motivation and energy in the team Conduct effective appraisals for the team and identify training needs.
Looking for candidates with 8-10 years experience in the Legal department of an insurance firm.
