We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager Digital Marketing to lead our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, influencer management, and community engagement, along with a data-driven approach to performance analysis. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns aligned with business objectives. Manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Oversee marketplace operations , ensuring effective brand positioning and sales growth. Design and implement short-term and long-term community-building strategies . Create and optimize customer engagement and retargeting plans to drive loyalty. Identify and collaborate with content creation agencies for Vlogs, Blogs, Videos, and Artwork. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (MIS, ROI, conversion funnels, retention). Lead horizontal and vertical product integration initiatives to expand market reach. Recruit, manage, and mentor team members as needed to strengthen the digital marketing function. Conduct competitive landscape mapping to stay ahead of industry trends.
