Senior Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. • Diagnose equipment faults, troubleshoot problems, and develop solutions to prevent recurring issues. • Develop and maintenance of PC based machines and test equipment. • Understanding pneumatic and hydraulic systems. • Perform routine and corrective maintenance, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades, to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably. • Machine cycle time reduction, production line automation, machine uptime improvements • Staying up to date with the latest technological advancements and best practices. • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical as well as familiarity with various equipment types for automation and robotics. • Providing hands-on technical assistance and troubleshooting for equipment, systems, or machinery. • Leading and assisting with installations, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment or systems. • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues. • Supervise maintenance staff, provide technical guidance, and train them on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
