Senior Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Manager at our Sitapura, Jaipur location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all machinery and utilities. Your responsibilities will include planning and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, leading troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and electrical breakdowns, supervising the maintenance team, and effectively managing spare parts inventory and maintenance records. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and supporting internal and external audits. The ideal candidate for this position must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with at least 3 years in a senior role. You should possess a strong understanding of maintenance best practices, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance strategies, utilities, and equipment troubleshooting. Excellent leadership and people management skills are essential, along with effective communication and computer skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and teams.
