Senior Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary: As a Maintenance Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations by effectively maintaining equipment, utilities, and facilities. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plant machinery, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, developing preventive maintenance schedules, collaborating with the production team, maintaining accurate documentation, conducting root cause analysis, staying updated on industry trends, coordinating with external service providers, ensuring safety compliance, training junior staff, and optimizing equipment performance. Machine Maintenance: In the role, you will be responsible for performing regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Electrical Maintenance: Your duties will involve maintaining and repairing electrical systems such as motors, control panels, wiring, and circuits. You will ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, conduct preventive electrical checks, and address any issues efficiently. ETP Operation (Effluent Treatment Plant): You will monitor and operate ETP systems to comply with environmental and regulatory standards. Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of operational issues within the ETP will also be a part of your responsibilities. Preventive Maintenance: Developing and executing preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment will be essential. You will maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure timely execution of PM tasks to maximize equipment reliability. Facility Maintenance: Ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of facility infrastructure, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general utilities, will be vital. Addressing day-to-day facility-related maintenance issues promptly is crucial for smooth plant operations. In this position, your expertise in machine and electrical maintenance, ETP operations, preventive maintenance strategies, and facility maintenance will contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of the plant. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to enhance efficiency and optimize equipment performance. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external service providers to ensure maintenance activities are carried out smoothly and in compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in plant maintenance, contributing to the overall success of the maintenance operations.,
