Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of RDBMS concepts, OLTP system architecture, and experience with analytical programs like Power BI and Crystal Reports/SSRS. It is crucial for the Implementation Conversion Analyst to possess excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capability to work independently and under pressure. Experience in the Banking or Financial Industry is preferred, and familiarity with web services, XML, JSON structures, and job scheduling is advantageous.
