Senior Lead Analyst - Configuration & Release

As a Release Management professional at FIS, you will be working on one of the top 10 Capital markets projects for 2025. Your primary responsibility will be managing the releases (test and production) of the product, ensuring adherence to all processes and meeting the defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for successful product delivery. It is essential for you to possess a strong domain knowledge in Capital markets to excel in this role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 4 years of extensive experience in DevOps and Release Management. Proficiency in Configuration Management tools such as Git, GitHub (including Github Actions), Docker, Kubernetes (holding CKA or CKAD certification), and Harness is crucial. Your attention to detail, proven track record in authoring high-quality documentation, and organized approach to managing and adapting priorities according to client and internal requirements will be key to your success. While being a self-starter, you should also demonstrate a collaborative team mindset, capable of working autonomously as well as part of a global team.
