Senior IT Executive

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Executive to manage and support the IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, CCTV surveillance, and end-user hardware/software. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently to ensure seamless IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain servers including installation, configuration, upgrades, and security. Closely work with Hr department for HRMS software. Monitor and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues, ensuring consistent uptime and performance. Administer network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi. Oversee CCTV surveillance systems setup, configuration, maintenance, and footage backup. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware. Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software applications and operating systems. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Manage user accounts, access controls, and data backups. Maintain IT documentation including asset inventory, network diagrams, and support logs. Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and support. Ensure IT policies and best practices are followed in line with company standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration. Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing. Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, VLANs). Experience with CCTV systems (IP/Analog), NVRs/DVRs, and video management software. Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals) and software (Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, etc.). Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery planning. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
