About the Role

As a Senior Gen AI Engineer, you'll take charge of designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI / LLM systems. Your hands-on expertise in Python and LLM tools (Lang chain, RAG, prompt engineering, agent workflows) will drive our AI roadmap and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop Gen AI/LLM-based applications using Lang chain and RAG pipelines.
Engineer effective prompt strategies and autonomous agent workflows.
Collaborate with engineering, ML/Ops, and domain experts to define and execute the LLM roadmap.
Convert product/business requirements into secure, production-grade AI systems.
Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in
Python
,
Lang chain,

SQL
, and LLM tooling (prompt tuning, embeddings, vector DBs, agent frameworks).
Understanding of LLM architecture and internals.
Experience with cloud platforms
(
AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Solid foundation in machine learning or software engineering; systems-level mindset.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on experience with LLM development or Generative AI in production.
Exposure to
RAG
, prompt engineering, and embeddings usage.
Experience with ML pipelines, MLOps, and scalable model deployment.
Previous involvement in client-facing AI engagements or cross-functional project delivery.
