Senior Full Stack Software Developer

You are a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer responsible for leading and mentoring the development and design team, managing project timelines, and handling client communications. This onsite role requires technical leadership, client interaction, CMS/web platform knowledge, and involvement in guiding developers and winning high-value projects through client interviews. Your responsibilities include mentoring junior developers and designers, overseeing backend systems implementation (Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL), frontend delivery (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS), ensuring pixel-perfect UIs based on Figma designs, and writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code. You should possess expertise in building and customizing websites using WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, and other CMS tools, guiding the team in selecting the right CMS, and assisting with theme customization and plugin integration. Client communication involves taking discovery calls with potential clients, pitching tech strategy and services confidently, converting leads across different platforms, and preparing project scopes, technical plans, and timelines. As a team and project manager, you are responsible for task breakdown, assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, meeting milestones and deadlines, and collaborating closely with the founder for business growth and delivery quality. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on development experience, 1+ year of team leadership or project management experience, proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix. Familiarity with AI/LLM tools, REST & GraphQL APIs, GitHub, Docker, AWS, Vercel, team leadership, project management, client-facing experience, and excellent English fluency are essential. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, excellent spoken and written English, strong client-facing experience, ability to explain technical concepts, close deals, manage timelines and multiple projects. Bonus skills such as knowledge of no-code tools, experience in creating pitch decks or client proposals, familiarity with Agile, Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar tools are a plus.
