Senior Full-Stack JavaScript Developer

As a Senior Full-Stack JavaScript Developer at our company located in Indore, India, you will have the opportunity to work on modern and scalable applications. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining high-quality mobile apps using React Native, creating SEO-friendly and responsive web apps with React.js or Next.js, styling beautiful UIs with Tailwind CSS, designing robust backends utilizing Node.js + Express.js, working with MongoDB for effective data modeling and management, and writing clean, modular, and maintainable code with proper error handling. Additionally, you will be expected to use Git & GitHub for collaboration and version control while continuously striving to improve performance and reliability. Having experience with AWS (EC2, S3, ECS/Fargate), familiarity with Redis for caching and session handling, and a working knowledge of WebSockets for real-time communication are considered as bonus skills for this role. This is a full-time position based in Indore, India, with the option for on-site or hybrid work arrangements that may transition to fully remote in the future. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant hands-on development experience.
