Senior Full Stack Developer - .Net/React.js

As a Graduate in BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed University, with a preference for Masters, you should possess over 5 years of experience in full-stack development. This includes a focus on 30% front-end development and 70% back-end development. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Development Lead. Your responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. You must have a strong command of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), along with proficiency in frameworks/libraries like React JS and Angular. Additionally, expertise in back-end technologies including .NET (C#), JavaScript (Node.js), APIs, OAuth, OpenID, etc., is essential. Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio Code, Postman, GitHub, and AppInsights is required. Experience in Microservices based products is preferred, as well as integrating code into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and Jenkins. A good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices is necessary. Working knowledge of ALM tools like Azure DevOps and Jira is beneficial. You should have proven leadership skills to lead a team of front-end and back-end developers. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the functionality of newly developed code. Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities, are essential. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, personal integrity, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
