Senior Full Stack Developer - Dotnet

As part of its expansion, Lexitas has established a subsidiary in Chennai, India - Lexitas India Pvt. Ltd. This entity will serve as the Lexitas Global Capability Center, focused on building a world-class IT development team and eventually becoming a Shared Services hub for various corporate functions. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, India. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with a team to deliver end-to-end solutions, including coding, unit testing, and defect fixes. - Develop scalable solutions and collaborate with quality assurance and control teams to address and resolve issues. - Create and maintain APIs and services in C# .NET. - Design and maintain web-based UIs using front-end frameworks. - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. - Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation and support. - Offer technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through coding, testing, and deployment best practices. - Work with the DevOps team to troubleshoot deployment issues. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a Master's degree (preferred). - Strong experience in Object-Oriented programming using C#. - 8+ years of experience with C# and .NET (preference for .NET 8+). - 5+ years of experience with front-end frameworks like React. - Direct experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - 5+ years of experience with SQL databases (MySQL/MS SQL/PostgreSQL). - Proficiency in designing and architecting complex software systems. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization. - Expertise in performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization. - Understanding of DevOps practices for automated deployments. - Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices. - Practical experience in Agile development (scrum) and exposure to JIRA. - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to mentor junior team members. - Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
